One Step at a Time, One Positive Thought at a Time

Step by step, day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute; our lives can be capitalized on in each and every one of these moments. Although we have no idea what our next breath will bring, what will come into and out of our lives, we strive to plan to ensure we have positive progress in each step.


Planning and having a clear direction of where you are headed is a commonly calming and reassuring action to tackle day in and day out. If we are constantly launching into our days with no direction in mind we tend to separate from our dreams and goals. Now I’m not saying that we need to obsessively pine over every little moment in our days, but if you have something you are hoping to accomplish, your rate of success skyrockets if you have a plan in mind.


Take a moment to connect with yourself and your needs before the craziness of your week begins. Make sure that moment allows you to visualize what your steps will be to for success.


Along with planning to ensure increased success with new habits and goals; keeping the positive thoughts going is crucial. Accepting change, developing new behaviors, and honing in on new goal driven habits; these all need to be encased with the power of positive thought. Yes, this can be a touchy subject, but it is one to be used to keep momentum moving forward on the path to success. Reassure yourself that you are capable, you are worth the time and effort, you are just as important as anyone around you to take the day and own it. Make statements about your goals as if you have already accomplished them. “I am confident”, now there is a great place to start for anyone. With confidence comes the feeling that any action taken can be successful. Act as if it has already been accomplished, then the feeling that the mountain you are hoping to climb isn’t so big after all.


Plan your week for increased success. Speak as if you have already accomplished your dreams. Write it down, say it out loud, and most importantly behave in every moment of your day as if it has already happened. Keep moving in a positive direction. Each step, day, hour, minute counts; don’t allow anyone or anything get in your way.
